New England Aquarium, Massachusetts

The New England Aquarium is one of the Boston's major tourist attractions. The complex also has an IMAX theater and Whale Watch tours in the summer months. This attracts more than a million tourists annually.

Being winter season and sub-zero temperatures there was a nice ice sculpture outside the entrance.

The penguins were enjoying the fountains ...

... and pruning each others ...

... or just lazing around.

There were variety of sea fish there.

The view outside of the Boston harbor was beautiful.

Since it was holiday season the whole complex was packed with people.

Some very attractive looking poison frogs.

A section where children could touch and feel some of the sea creatures.

Penguin feeding time was interesting to watch. Very systematic documentation of which one ate how much was maintained.

There was a huge turtle which is believed to be more than 100 yeas old.

There was a big screen showing the underwater world with help of a diver carrying water proof camera.
